Job Application
We take the privacy of personal data seriously. In using such information, we strictly comply with applicable laws.
1. Information Provided by Applicants:
We are committed to protecting your personal information, using and managing it in compliance with legal requirements. Information requested of job applicants includes their contact details, education, work experience and skills. In addition, you can submit electronic documents such as a cover letter or references. By submitting your application, you warrant that the information and documents contained therein are accurate. Applicants are not required to provide any information which is inadmissible pursuant to the German equal treatment act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz, AGG), such as ethnic origin, gender, religious or other beliefs, disability, illness, pregnancy, age or sexual orientation. 2. Recording, Processing, Analysis and Sharing of Your Data: We collect, store, process and analyse personal data for purposes related to the job application process only. If your application succeeds, your data will be reused and retained to manage your employment pursuant to section 32 of Germany’s federal data protection act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and article 13 GDPR. Applications uploaded to our website or sent by email may be forwarded both to Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH, Karlsruhe, and to Consileon Frankfurt GmbH.By submitting an application, you consent to your personal data being shared between those two companies.
You can revoke your consent at any time and without explanation by notifying either Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH, Maximilianstraße 5, 76133 Karlsruhe, Germany, email, or Consileon Frankfurt GmbH, Königslacher Straße 15–21, 60528 Frankfurt, Germany, email, or by stating so in your cover letter. Your application will be read and processed by the contacts in charge at Consileon only. All Consileon employees who deal with job applications are committed to confidentiality and secrecy. Your data will only be shared with third parties in the cases mentioned above. Data from job applications will be processed in Germany exclusively. 3. Data Retention: Should there be no suitable position available after you have submitted your application, we will keep your personal data for up to six months.
